“Our contention all along was that Lou Dobbs — who has a long record of spreading lies and conspiracy theories about immigrants and Latinos — does not belong on the ‘most trusted name in news,’” Roberto Lovato, a co-founder of Presente.org, said in a statement. “We are thrilled that Dobbs no longer has this legitimate platform from which to incite fear and hate.”
Last month, the New Jersey State Police were called to Mr. Dobbs’s home to investigate a report of gunfire. Mr. Dobbs suggested that his family had been singled out because of his views on illegal immigration and border security.
More here.
My view, and it's just my view, is that violence works, especially against soft targets like the Media and Government Officials. Don't seek out that which is strongest (fighting organized armed forces), but that which is the weakest. It's classic military doctrine. If the shooter at Fort Hood had methodically picked out Generals, Colonels and other officer staff like General "diversity is our strength" Casey instead of working off pure emotion and playing into the hands of the enemy, he would have been much more effective.
Who knows where Dobbs will end up. I'm willing to bet that when it comes to pushing an agenda or saving their skins, the soft cowards in the media and government will choose the latter.
It's a salient point that would be the basis of any good strategy to bring about change.
Lou Dobbs turned out to be just like Sarah Palin, a quitter. He will be joining "Fake News", any surprise?
ReplyDeleteFunny thing is Dobbs is married to a mestiza. I think he's one of these populists who sees unchecked third world immigration as a force driving down American wages(which it is)and probably doesn't have a "racist" bone in his body, and simply believes in borders and national sovereignty.
ReplyDeleteI used to watch him a few years ago and enjoyed his show for the most part, but he's nothing more than what Tom Metzger calls "one of these right wingers with soft hands". As long as the brandy is flowing and the cigars keep coming, he's the sort who would sell us out in a heart beat.
As for your view on "soft targets", good stuff to keep in mind. Our enemies obviously used violence in this case to shut down Dobbs. We shall one day return the favor.
I ache for it, RM. I ache for it. Interesting info on him being married to a mud. He's exactly as you say.
ReplyDeleteYou think he will go on Fox, Montana? He might, but Geraldo might punch him on the nose, making him cry.
At least he told the truth about the fkn illegals.
ReplyDeleteWell, the muslims are going to go on a murder spree soon. Bigger than FT HOOD.
So, this is what I believe:
These politically correct demons will get sharia shoved up their ass. Tell you what, I wont shed a DAMNED TEAR.
GO MUZZIES.
Someone has to bring justice even if its sick.
I know I sound sick, but COME ON, they feel sorry for that sick SOB, Hasan- so they DESERVE to get it SHARIA style.
Go ugly, sick muzzies, oust the debauchery...then...we will kill off the Muz.
Amen.
I got the impression that he left due to opportunities he feels are more important. He didn't seem PC enough for CNN. Perhaps he was forced out?
ReplyDeleteLorMarie, they did indeed shove him out, Soros and the Daily KOS ousted him. They had a campaign to oust him.
ReplyDeleteBolshevism.
I just find it interesting that Dobbs quit after having a contract that ran to 2011, right after someone taking shots at him.
ReplyDeleteMe too Orion. Funny about those "coincidences".
ReplyDeleteSo someone didn't like his views on immigration and the solution is to take shots at him? Do these people not realize that the "targets" are going to get fed up with the mess and fight back? What are they going to do when the "targets" start shooting back? Their numbers are still larger than the Mexican population. People aren't thinking before they start shooting.
