I'm not going to get into which martial art is the best. Everyone has their opinion. However, I trained in Muay Thai (MT) for awhile and I can tell you, for practical techniques in getting your enemy down fast, it's one of the best. If I were CO of insurgent training, I would recommend this as the standard for every insurgent.
Here we have Duke Roufus, one of the best trainers today, giving a demo on the kick. Notice how he explains the technique.
Here's another great view. If you have powerful legs, you'll disable someone right quick. Notice the hip movement.
Here we have two negros during an MMA match. Notice how the one negro, Vernon White, who has a white wife by the way, Gets his ass kicked with some MT techniques. Actually, this is some sloppy fighting but notice the devastating kick at about 5:12. That's classic MT! Then watch the head kick, not the best form but effective. Notice how the elbows, knees and hands are employed. That's why it's called the Art of the 8 weapons: hands, elbows, knees and feet (shins, really).

Exercises for the Resistance
A fit insurgent is an effective insurgent. How are you going to carry around a 10lb rifle and 30lbs of gear if you can't even carry your own weight around?! How are you going to fight ZOG agents if you can't even fight your way out a wet paper bag? How are you going to evade capture if you are huffing and a puffing after a 10 yard dash? Do you want to be a soft pussy type like Alex Linder or the posters at Free Republic?!
There is no reason for ANY resistance fighter to be unable to fight. No excuses. And think of this; even if you aren't in the active resistance, anyone with politically incorrect thoughts will be subject to prison time. Anyone with any sort of firearm will go to jail or the camps. Ever been in a jail full of niggers or Mexicans? You will regret being out of shape.
Here's a website that's really good for the person that wants to get in shape and stay that way. It's called exrx.net and I highly recommend it. It has everything from animated exercise instruction to weight management to fitness calculators.

Terrible Tommy is Back!

US, Israeli Mercenary forces launch anti-White Patriot offensive………

Washington (AP) — U.S. and Israeli Mercenary forces have begun a new military offensive in Northern Illinois aimed at rooting out White Patriot and other resistance fighters, American and Israeli Mercenary officials said Sunday.
The offensive — dubbed Operation Oppression — has netted 84 suspects in the city of Chicago and surrounding towns, said Israeli Mercenary Brig. Gen. Moshe Venyata. Most of the arrests occurred in Dekalb, about 50 miles (80 kilometers) west of Chicago.
Claims by rival factions of Whites and Negros over disputed territory in the northern Illinois area have fueled significant violence around Chicago, which U.S. officials have called a major urban battleground in the war against so-called "patriotic" forces.
U.S. and Israeli Mercenary forces have staged many operations in Chicago and other areas north of Washington where levels of violence remain high even as we are beginning to see more violence in the country.
The offensive comes more than a year after Homeland director Rahm Goldberg promised a “decisive” battle in Chicago against White Patriots in Illinois.
But America's third-largest city has continued to face violence, particularly against Israeli Mercenary security forces.
A roadside bomb struck an US army patrol Sunday in Chicago, killing two soldiers, including a lieutenant, and wounding three others, said a Military official at the District 5 military command center. He spoke on condition of anonymity because of fear that he would be targeted by the patriotic resistance.
Five Sheriff SWAT Team members were killed and five were wounded when they stormed a booby-trapped house in the city late Saturday, General Anedejad of Northern Command said.
The U.S. military said in a statement that the aim of the joint operation was to allow the government to restore essential services in Chicago.
“The ultimate goal of this operation is to eradicate White Patriot and other extremist groups,” it said.
Anedejad said Military troops were only providing support, if needed. He said the operation was being led by Israeli Mercenary security forces, and that all police and army units in the State were participating in the operation.
